Final wild card was given to Magnus Huldén – now the competition is full.

Sofie Sandström from Sweden received a wild card to Tali Open. Now there is only one wild card available for the tournament. If you really want to play, write an email to TD (markus.stigzelius@tallaajat.org) with a very good explanation why YOU should got the final spot.

Due to missing payments, two more people from waiting list got a possibility to play in Tali Open tournament. Also Jari & Henrik Lindevall were given wildcards.

Jessika Edvardsson and Linda Emanuelsson from Sweden, received wildcards to Women’s division. A new batch of player also received a spot from waiting list. Tali Open competition is now almost full.

Dear players,

14 players from the waiting list got a possibility to join the Tali Open tournament, when we noticed there were more spots available than was shared during the third stage.

In addition, the the first patch (15 spots) of wildcards were shared to players in Open, Grand Masters, Senior Grandmasters and Junior divisions.

Wildcards in MPO division went to Timo Pursio, Christian Sandström, Ilari Tuoma, Jani Nevantausta, Roope Kurkijärvi, Einar Elbin, Karl Sandevärn, Iosif Yusim, Michael Böhm and Daniel Blank. In MPG division, spots went to Ilkka Tamminen and Jari Väyrynyn, and in MPS division to Göran Nordström and Paul Kustala. In MJ1 division the wildcard went to Jukka-Pekka Pulakka.

We will inform personally all players who got the spot at this phase. All these players must confirm their spot by making the payment by the end of this week, which means the payment must show in our account by Friday 16th of March.

Until the end of next week, the registration is open for all pro women players. There is still four spots available for ladies. We also publish the first patch of wildcards during this weekend, stay tuned for updates!

Tali Open 2012 is now full in other divisions than Women.

The list of registered players and waiting list will be published today evening. The deadline for payments in all division is 11th of March, when they payment must show on Tali Open account. After that registered players who have not payed by the deadline, will be removed from the players list. Open spots will be offered for people in waiting list. If you get a spot after 11th, we’ll contact you personally.

Welcome to Tali Open 2012!

Tali Open 2012 is a three day tournament held between 4th and 6th of May. The tournament is a part of the PDGA Eurotour. The 8th Tali Open is held at Tali Disc Golf Park, the best and most challenging course in Finland.

Tali Open field is limited to 148 players. Ten spots are reserved for women players only. The Tournament Director has reserved 20 spots for wildcards.

Staggered starts are used in all rounds. The competition will be a three day event. There are three rounds for each player and 21 holes per round for everyone. There won’t be separate finals.

The groups’ tee times are with ten minutes intervals. The groups and tee times are published on this website on Sunday 29th of April. Friday round is played in mixed groups between all divisions. The groups will be organized according to the divisions on Saturday and Sunday.

Players must check in 30 minutes before each round at the starting tee.

The doubles competition takes place on Thursday 3rd of May. The doubles are played as best shot.
